Payment is due as agreed upon at the time of service scheduling. We accept various payment methods, and all payments are processed securely. Late payments may result in service suspension or cancellation.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule services by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to fees.

5. Liability

While we take great care in providing our services, Lawns of Southern New Hampshire is not liable for damages to property that result from pre-existing conditions, hidden obstacles, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. SMS Messaging Program Terms

1. Program Description: By opting in to our SMS messaging program, you agree to receive text messages from Lawns of Southern New Hampshire relating to:

  • Account notifications
  • Service notifications (appointment reminders, confirmations, and updates)
  • Delivery notifications (service arrival and completion alerts)
  • Marketing messages (promotional offers, seasonal tips, and special announcements)

2. How to Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” or “CANCEL” to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, text our number with the word “START”.

Message frequency varies depending on your service schedule and may include up to 3 messages per scheduled appointment and no more than 10 messages per month. Marketing messages are sent periodically. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
