Pest Control

Installation Service
For your first visit, our technician will perform a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of your home. They will be able to identify any preexisting pest issues or conditions conducive to activity. Any pest activity will be corrected, and preventative treatments will be applied. Rodent bait stations will be installed around the exterior of your home and within any unfinished sections of the interior to monitor and control rodent populations. Any specialty issues will have treatment plans devised to best handle each unique situation.

Quarter One (Jan-March)
Rodents are the primary concern during the colder months. An interior and exterior inspection will be performed, focusing on monitoring and preventing mouse infiltration. Rodent bait stations will be serviced and replenished, and the home will be inspected for any potential issues.

Quarter Two (April-June)
As temperatures rise in spring, insects of all kinds will begin to stir. An exterior-only inspection will be performed, and all exterior rodent bait stations will be serviced and replenished. A preventative liquid treatment will be applied along the foundation of the home to prevent crawling insect activity. The same treatment will be applied onto eaves, soffits, and other overhanging structures to prevent stinging insects from building nests.

Quarter Three (July-September)
Quarter Three will have the same procedures as Quarter Two. An exterior-only inspection will be performed, and all exterior rodent bait stations will be serviced and replenished. Another preventative liquid treatment will be applied along the foundation and on the eaves, soffits, and overhanging structures of the home. Stinging insect activity is at its peak during the later summer months, so extra care will be taken to prevent and eliminate nests.

Quarter Four (October-December)
As temperatures cool, rodents will begin seeking harborage in warm and undisturbed areas of your home and property. An interior and exterior inspection will be performed, focusing on finding weak points in your home and keeping rodents out. Rodent bait stations will be serviced and replenished. Overwintering insects will also attempt to seek harborage, these pests can be prevented via our Fall Invader program.

Fall Invader (August-October)
Our Fall Invader program is a two-step process that prevents Cluster Flies, Marmorated Stink Bugs, Western Conifer Seed Bugs, Asian Lady Beetles, and Box Elder Bugs. The technician will perform two liquid treatments along your eaves, soffits, gable vents; as well as around all windows and doorways. These treatments will be applied roughly 3-4 weeks apart using timed release technology to consistently repel these insects away from the structure.

Termite Program
Termites are not included in our Quarterly Program. Our Termite Program involves an inspection from our technician to identify if there is any active infestation on the structure. If there is any activity, a corrective treatment involving termite bait and liquid treatment will be performed. For the program, in-ground termite bait stations will be installed around the perimeter of the home, 10-12 feet apart. These devices work year-round to eliminate subterranean termite colonies. After any previous termite infestations are resolved, these in-ground stations only need to be serviced annually.
